Inca Jungle Tours Company wants you to enjoy your vacations in Peru to the fullest. For this, we recommend you to read carefully and follow the instructions of your sales agent. Inca Jungle Tours is a safe agency in Cusco. It is important that you carefully read the following conditions, since by booking a trip with Inca Jungle Tours, you will be accepting these Terms and Conditions, which include our cancellation policy and certain limitations of liability at the time of booking. The quote we provide will be valid once the reservation is confirmed, from that moment you can ask all the questions you have about your vacation and we will be happy to answer them. Our prices do not include meals not specified in the itinerary, personal expenses, personal insurance and luggage transportation. Quotes do not apply to international flights to and from Peru. If you need assistance with international flights or flights within Peru, you should pay for the flight immediately and purchase it the same day or, if possible, the next day to ensure you get the best price.

1. CONTRACT

The contract between Inca Jungle Tours (also known as the company) and the client, who is the person traveling or intending to travel on a tour operated by the company, is established by reading and understanding our travel policy, accepted when making a reservation by telephone, website, email or fax. These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the Company and the Client in relation to the subject matter herein, and shall be a binding agreement.

2. SECURING YOUR RESERVATION

To secure your reservation, Inca Jungle Tours requires a completed reservation form and payment of the necessary deposit. The reasonable time to make your reservation is 30 days prior to your trip to Peru, and a reservation is accepted and becomes final from the date the deposit is received. Inca Jungle Tours reserves the right to refuse any reservation at its discretion.

3. CUSTOMER INFORMATION

It is necessary that you provide all your identity data, including passport number, copy of passport data, medical form (if necessary), full name, date of birth, international flight information and nationality, and contact telephone or cell phone for emergencies, in order to confirm and guarantee the organization of your trip.

4. FINAL PAYMENT / SURCHARGES

To avoid surcharges on your vacation, make your reservation in advance and avoid last minute hotel changes. If you wish to change your confirmed reservation or transfer it to a different date or tour up to 30 days before your trip, you will be charged an administration fee of US$50 per person. Thereafter, all changes will be considered cancellations and will be subject to the corresponding charges.

5. CHANGE RESERVATION

Should you wish to change or transfer your confirmed reservation to a different departure date or to another tour, please note that an administration fee of US$50 per person will apply up to 30 days prior to your trip. After this deadline, all changes will be considered cancellations and will be subject to additional charges. If for any reason you are unable to make your trip and wish to transfer your booking to another suitable person, you must inform us 20 days in advance and under such circumstances as we deem reasonable. In this case, a fee of 20% of the total cost of the reservation, corresponding to money transfer and administrative expenses, will be applied. The remaining amount will be refunded within 15 days.

6. CHANGES

It is important to mention that the company reserves the right to modify the facilities, services or prices described in the brochure or web page. In the event that any changes are made, the client will be informed at the time of booking or when the change is made. Although we endeavor to operate all tours as advertised, reasonable changes to the itinerary may be made if deemed necessary or desirable due to external factors beyond the company’s control.
